When you hire a rental car from us, it comes with our personal guarantee:–

If you find another car hire company that offers you a reasonably comparable* full service car rental package at a cheaper price – we will reduce our price by twice the difference, plus an extra $50!. In simple terms, this means that if you found someone that was (say) $25 cheaper than us, we would reduce our price by $100.00!

If the quote you provided us with is found to be not reasonably comparable* with our quote, we will still provide you with a reduction in price of $25, as a thank you for giving us a 2nd chance to win your business.

* By "reasonably comparable" we mean that the vehicles must be similar in size, age or model level; any accessories (e.g. Cgild safety seats) included in our quote should also be in the other party's quote; the scope of insurance cover should equate to full motor vehicle comprehensive insurance cover; and the Insurance Excess must be Zero or less than $300.00.

If you experience an operational problem with your rental car and as a consequence you lose more than 30 minutes of your car rental term, we’ll refund the car hire charge for the entire day. This guarantee applies equally to our newest and oldest rental cars but excludes “driver error” items (e.g. lost keys, out of fuel, flat tyre etc.), unless you have selected our ULTIMATE PROTECTION Zero excess option.
